Existing as a second iteration of the wall hooks previously featured in this portfolio, the Wool Hooks were born out of material exploration. A studio mate was working on a large upholstery project with Maharam textiles and creating piles of cutoffs and scrap that I was curious if something could be done with. The wall hook became a sort of small scale test form that could be molded and result in a finished product if successful.
