The Drape Chair is my project out of a group of 7 design projects my graduate cohort and I worked on during a semester long industry partnership with the  company Bestcase. Bestcase is a dsign and manufacturing company making high quality, contemporary production furniture, often in aluminum plate as well as other supporting materials such as wood or plastic. 

This partnership was a research based project in which Bestcase provided an open ended prompt to which we responded with research and design work. We went back and forth with Bestcase over the course of a semester with the final goal of them producing the finished design work.
